Lillian Harshaw: Worldly Church Girl

They discuss Lillian's Pentecostal upbringing and how she found a balance between the rules of her church and personal freedom. Lillian shares the convictions her upbringing instilled in her, and how she sets an example of faith for her children through her daily walk. They also talk about what it’s like to be a Black woman in Marion, IN and the microaggressions that are a regular part of life for Lillian there. They also discuss some exciting new plans for her podcast and her fictionalized memoir in progress.
