Representation matters. Social media is especially important in that area as we are constantly online. Whether it be Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok or Twitter, we are influenced by what we see on social media and when we see people who look like us, it encourages us to pursue our dreams.


Jackie Aina is a beauty influencer best known for her YouTube videos, which are focused on makeup, lifestyle and luxury for Black women. Jackie is known for her boldness and transparency on a range of topics, giving inspiration to Black women everywhere. She is also the founder and CEO of Forvr Mood, a range of luxury candles that will now officially debut in Sephora.


Lee Litumbe is the founder of Spirited Pursuit, a travel brand that focuses on highlighting the beauty of Africa and African culture. Her pictures evoke a sense of wonder, and she takes her followers with her throughout her African excursions. Her Instagram is carefully curated to display Africa’s beauty and her own sense of style, encouraging Black women to satisfy their wanderlust spirit.


Paola Mathè is a self-taught photographer with a passion for finding beauty and color in the world around her. Her feed is filled with vivid color and creation. She runs a lifestyle blog called “Finding Paola” which fuses together lifestyle and fashion. She is also the founder of Fanmdjanm, a brand of handmade headwraps that are zero waste and just as bright as the creator.



Shavonda Gardner is a designer and influencer of beautifully curated homes and small spaces. She has made appearances in Domino, HGTV, Parents, Real Simple, and BHG where she displays her eclectic style and shows her audience how to achieve their interior design dreams. On her blog, SG Style, Shavonda writes about design, travel, gardening, personal style, and inspiring ideas for small spaces.



You may have seen Morgan’s beautiful and inspiring through her Instagram. She is an artist, poet, and musician who bases her work around human connection through writing. She sees art as a way of connecting with others and growing in empathy. She is also the founder of Garden24, a beautiful print shop where you can find everything ranging from art prints to planners.
